In a nutshell, I’m a mama who left her career as a Pharmacist so that I when I tell my kids to dream big, they’ll have a front row seat in how I lived my life…without regret.
When I became a mom in 2013, I left my steady paycheck because my world changed. Like many moms, I struggled returning back to the workforce in a career that drained me after maternity leave. Out of grad school, I had been a hobbyist turned business owner in 2 different markets and to make this very drastic change, I had to go all in. I wanted to go all in. I wanted to be the primary caregiver to my son.
Today, after iterations as a small biz owner from my first transaction 19 years ago til now, I’m an ICF Certified Executive Coach and Life Coach that helps Entrepreneurs and Moms meet their goals. In this process, your goals and back burner dreams are uncovered. I’ve coached nearly 1,000 small business owners in the last 4 years using accountability, clarity and money mindset in how these women get up and running so fast.
Due to a traumatic year of grief in 2017, I now help moms let go of guilt so that she can design a life that balances her needs so that she can avoid burn out and resentment. I offer workshops and retreats that bring women together and I love it. Sign up here to get notified!
In 2018, I was struggling to find a community of diverse moms that were business owners, so I started one, Avenue Mama . And yes, I’m still a family photographer, after 17 years!
